I've been doing CF for just over 12 months and have lost 30lbs with about 7 to go. I do my own stuff outside of the box too such as weighted runs and burpees for fun! I'm the fittest I've ever been and take part in events run exclusively by ex special forces http://www.thesfexperience.co.uk/
