I don't have a specific drink for after events. I do swear by Tailwind during long events though.

I'm a runner, currently not training for anything specific. September starts "official" training again for RnR Vegas Half in November and WDW Half in January. I don't follow a specific plan for any race under a half as I keep my base between 7-9 miles.

Personally, find the taste of Halo Top revolting. I LOVE Enlightened though! Every flavor EXCEPT strawberry cheesecake. Blue Bell still reigns supreme though! ;-)

^^ Yep. It worked for me at 265 and again at 250, when I fell off the wagon. Finished a half marathon less than a year ago. I'm currently doing C25K again, after a lengthy surgery recovery derailed me.
