I found a recipe online for two ingredient bread. Easy to make and fast. Satisfies my bread cravings with low calories, and high protein. BTW - I use whole wheat flour in the recipe. Good luck!

Hi Jillian - Im doing the same - probably have lost 500 lbs over a lifetime. I lost 50 then gained it back - then lost 20 and got stuck. Im working at it again. I am pretty sure this is a common thread and the only way to kick it to the curb is to get some off and then be vigilant. Its not a diet we are on - its a journey…
