Be careful don’t stay on it too long... the potential damage to your organs definitely won’t be worth it. If you follow MFP with/without exercise you will get you to your goal. Speaking from experience...

Lol, Since my Home is under a full gut renovation, my husband and I are using an Air Fryer, microwave, toaster oven and hot plate in our make shift kitchen. I must say, the hot plate is a great contender. Lol, who knew it could be so useful.

As someone else has stated, the tape measure is a better tool to determine the changes in your body. However, more importantly than that is how do you feel? The scale can be a hangup so focus on how you feel. Just keep going it will all come together soon enough...
