• I bought a new pair of work scrubs, several weeks back, they were too small, but I never got back to exchange them. Tonight, I tried them on, and they fit!

• Sometimes, I just have to turn up the music and dance. I know it 's not a huge workout, but gets the blood and oxygen moving and can be a catalyst for my mood.
