Ive done it 4-5 days a week as basically my only exercise and I've lost 15 ish pounds in the last 6 weeks

My boyfriend is the same way. I take a high fiber piece of bread and toast it, then top with peanut butter honey and cinnamon and he goes crazy. That plus some veggie eggs and he's set for hours

I do just before I eat and I haven't had any problems at all

Back surgery leading to terrible back pain and losing weight will help take the pressure off. Nothing better to get you serious than a health issue! Though I wish I started before it got to this point lol
