I confess that I judge people who eat crap food and never work out. Especially the ones who can do it and get away with it. I confess that I hate them a little. Just being honest-- I know it's wrong.

I believe that no matter how clean and healthy we eat, we still can't get all we need from our food these days with the number of things that tax us. I am rigid about my supplementation. Prob's, Omega3's, Whole food multi, and a few other's specific to my needs.

I've got my goals set by: 11/29/16 180 1/17/17 170 3/28/17 160 7/11/17 150 Ultimate Goal!!! On, or before these dates, by 7:00 am I INTEND to weigh the listed weight or something better!!

#1 to embody lightness of being- body, mind and spirit. This includes flexibility, confidence and high frequency energy. #2 to grow old gracefully, with optimal well-being and quality of life. #3 to be able to wear the clothes I want to wear comfortably and not be stuck having to choose from the fat girl section. I love AZ!! Especially the salted caramel- 150 cals a pint! Yum, no problem.

I find that little tweaks throughout the day make a big difference. For example, my afternoon snack is .75 ounce of raw nuts (with an apple) verses the whole ounce...saves 45 calories and I really don't notice the difference. 4 ounces of chicken vs. 5 ounces-- 1 1/2 boiled eggs (my dogs are so happy to share).... just…
