226 on Feb 5. 174 on July 9 (FIFTY POUNDS!). All I did was put EVERYTHING into MFP every day before I ate what ever it was. I only went over the daily calories twice in 155 days. I ate what ever I wanted, just didn't go over the calories.

Log things BEFORE you eat! I can't tell you how many times I've decided against something that way instead of a fully tummy and regret. 42 lbs. 130 days....never missed a day of logging so far. Good luck.
