Not if you make your own, like I do. I'm on a low carb diet and I've started making all my milks, including almond, cashew and hazelnut. It's much better than the store bought option and you can't mess up the recipe.

My 3-month goal is 25 pounds. I'm 5'5" and weight 196 right now and I'd love to get that down to 170 before the end of the holidays. I'm on a low carb diet and walking 40 minutes a day and that helped eliminate 15 pounds. My main goal is getting to (and maintaining) 133 pounds.
