Sorry but same old same old. If I had a €/£/$ everytime I heard an overweight person say " I eat hardly anything, exercise all the time but I'm still fat" I'd be very rich. Stop kidding yourself.

The only person that decides what you put in your mouth to eat is YOU. Until YOU decide to take control of what you eat nothing will change. If it helps..... it gets easier the further you go.
