  • If you log your workout on MFP it will tell you how many calories you roughly burned so you know how many to consume. It adds it to your daily calories. In my experience though, make sure you replace those calories with good proteins and healthy carbs. You don't want to replace them with junk. Good luck
  • It has to be 7 days a week or it's nothing. You can gain everything back and more by two days of eating whatever you want. Try tracking every day for a few weeks and see what happens.

  • I feel like this 10 pounds is harder to lose than any other. I look fine, I'm healthy, and I'm ok with how I look. I just have a ton of jeans that don't fit now. I don't want be ok with each 10 pounds I gain back. I know eventually it will be multiple 10 pounds if I don't lose it now.
