Hi JKC! I've had GERD before and what helps me is taking a daily probiotic (as well as limiting amounts of some foods/drinks named above). The "sugar free energy drinks" - that scares me a little. Watch out for artificial sweeteners. They can be so toxic to your body. Maybe look for some drinks with green tea and/or coffee…
