How goes the challenge? I do the six small meals a day and MFP helps me to keep my balance on goal. I fell off the wagon on documenting but I am striving to do better in the new year. If I start now it will already be a habit come January 1! Good Luck to you!

Good job everyone! I only did 204 miles this morning and we have track workout tonight so I am not sure how much distance I will bet but I am closer to my goal today than yesterday!
