Question on Challenge 2. When I first read it, I read it as choose one of the challenges from the list below. Do you could choose to do Its Rajio Taiso time OR Train Likea a Sumo, but you didn't have to do both. In my team chat, people are doing both. Which is correct? Thank you.

So I have been thinking and thinking all week of something than the obvious that I am Thankful for. One of my first thoughts was this group. When I dont want to exercise, or eat right, I think of this group and the challenges and it motivates me.

Other than indicating it on the spreadsheet, is there anything I need to do for the under my calories challenge?

Today we had a Thanksgiving potluck at work...so much food...I didn't want to walk at lunch, but wanted to just sit...but I said self, you ate all this food, and you haven't done all 4 miles, out you go. So I walked for the better part of my 30 minute lunch, and finished the last 1.2 miles of my 4 miles for the challenge!!

@lynnbaum I try to take at least one break a day, and walk around the building at work. When it was hot here in FL over the summer, I would walk the hallways. 10 minutes here and there adds up.

2.4 out of 4 miles done. 2 days under calories. Today and tomorrow will be low exercise days. Concert tonight, and then a day of relaxing with my sister tomorrow.

I entered my exercise in manually (46 minutes) and don't usually eat the exercise calories. Had a great day yesterday. 46 exercise minutes, 1.2 miles outside, 2 of 8 total videos and under my calories! Today should be much of the same, with a few more exercise minutes. Have a great day everyone.

@scherzie do you think doing the muve videos would be relaxing before bed, or do you think it gets you moving too much?

@SmashleyM914 is there something I have to do (other than link my fitbit and MFP) to have my exercise count? MFP doesn't seem to be getting the info from fitbit.

For the calorie challenge this week. If my calorie goal for the day is 1200, but I exercise 300, does that mean I have to be under 1500 (1200+300) or 1200?

Thank you all for your suggestions on a bad day. I appreciated them. I learned something new today...giving blood burns about 600 calories. (Though this should not be used as a weight loss method) its an added bonus to giving blood. :)

@jdelaroy Can you do Stevia? I am thinking about making my own jello using gelatin, Kool-Aid flavor packets (no sugar) and then adding Stevia. I bought some stevia drops that I am going to try. The other option I have seen is to use gelatin and fruit juice. I would do half fruit juice and half water so the calories are…

KTC- I made a rule. NO food upstairs (where my bedroom is) you could make no food in the bedroom a rule. It has helped me. Also, when I want to eat, I ask myself are you bored, thirsty or hungry. If I'm truly hungry I will have something small. I am on a HUGE Sugar Free Jello kick right now...10 calories for a 4oz…
