  • Thank you to all who have offered actual help. I don't appreciate being told '100 calories is not a meal'. I am on here for advise on the topic of conversation, did not ask for a lecture (so much for support). I have found a few great ideas to help me stay full when i am on a fast day, so thank you.

  • Semorable item! a Double Cheese burger!!! It was a lot of meat, hours later i could feel it in my tummy as it was heavy (12 Oz)... Very well enjoyed! Craved one for a long time, eventually gave in. This was a few days back. Fond memories!

  • If you lose more than one pound a week it's like to be gained quicker, also think water weight, but above all, don't allow the scales to dictate how you feel. Do you feel lighter, better? Are your clothes feeling better? Sleeping better too?
