  • I had a very similar goal. My wedding is at the end of October. Since July I have lost 18 pounds. The app really works if you follow your calories and workout. I usually work out 3 to 5x a week. Good luck!!! My goal is to lose 25. I am hoping to lose 5 more before the wedding and meet my goal before honeymoon at Christmas.
