  • I'm not seeing much movement on the scale but I find myself feeling my body more (I swear it's not weird!) because there is muscle and definition that I haven't felt in a while. I think I'm also walking a bit taller and more confidently. :smile:
  • Being able to go braless and not feel obscene!
  • Packing my lunch to take to the office so I'm not tempted to order out food. I started my morning with 30 minutes on the elliptical and will swim laps for 30 minutes this evening...both remind me to take care of my body. I also love scanning Pinterest for healthy recipes that look delicious.
  • -How many people come out of the woodwork suddenly pushing their "diet" plans, pills, or supplements. "Oh, you want to lose weight? Great! Let me sell you something." sheesh! -Less aches and pains. :)
  • My favorite salad is super simple! French lentils, chopped beets, feta, and arugula...all tossed in lemon juice, red wine vinegar and a tiny splash of olive oil. The BEST!
