Trying to lose weight before pregnancy! Want to be a healthy fit Mama with not a ton to lose after the baby is born. And number one, I want to have an easier pregnancy. I am currently 167 lbs and want to get to 149.9 LOL

All the best to you on your journey...you could do it!! I am 5'5.5" tall and am currently 167 pounds. My goal for right now is 159, then I'll set another goal after that. I feel numbers are a pshycological game we play with ourselves. So just set a goal that doesn't seem in possible and work on that...slowly but surely!
