Starting weight : 220 Current weight : 186 October goal : 180 Ultimate goal : 150 Back on MFP for the first time in a while so looking to kick start with a good month :) Try to eat clean 80% of the time.. Cutting out alcohol for October.. Need to increase exercise and lose the 'too busy' excuses!
