You can certainly hit stalls -- it is mentally hard. Sometimes people will combine either cutting dairy or intermittent fasting if they want to jumpstart their weight loss again. Increasing activity is great as well as tracking your carbs closely.

I tend to not eat peanuts/peanut butter due to the molds that might come with it (mold causing toxins that are carcinogenic). Also, they probably cause inflammation. do both calories/macros...I tend to not eat enough fat, which is what makes one feel full. I find it easy to eat too much protein (and fall out of ketosis). I Plus, I historically enjoyed binge eating. Not healthy at all.

I do both calories/macro breakdowns because I have the tendency to not eat enough fat, which helps you feel full. It is easy to eat a lot of protein but it is really hard to sit down and eat a lot of fat. Plus, historically, I enjoyed binge eating. Not healthy.

Super excited because we had to eat out for both meals yesterday and I stayed on plan and was able to make my macro ratio! Completely thrilled!

I do just water during my fasting time (or a cup of tea). If I'm really feeling crummy, I will eat a little coconut oil in the AM...but that's rare.

I do keto + intermittent fasting. It seems to work well as I'm not hungry on keto which makes my 16 hour fast super easy.
