  • All of the above — I loved my Apple Watch when I just started working out (for the first few years). I am now waiting for my new Garmin to arrive because I need more data on my workouts and such. I think it just depends on what you want. If you want more of a smart watch, Apple is great. If you want more towards a fitness…
  • I bought a band on Amazon from Hanlesi — I really, really like it.
  • That looks super amazing -- I hadn't considered using a butternut squash!
  • I need these...I'm totally thinking vodka, club soda, and the flavorings. Summer, here I come!!! And off topic -- hey from a former-Iowa girl!
  • I'm so excited for keto-giving this year since I'm hosting! I'm also thrilled because I am allowing myself unlimited keto foods and dry wine. Anyone else not counting a darn thing that day?!?
  • I decided to put it in the oven in some chicken broth...I'm not too sure. I think I might throw some orange peels in for some flavor. I miss honey glaze!!

  • This is what I'm super worried about when making it -- especially when not using a glaze. It's still hanging out in the fridge until I figure out the best recipe. :)

  • Super behind this week with school/life/kids. BUT, I have been keeping up on my tracking and exercise. Currently, I have some delicious broccoli cheddar soup in the crockpot and baked some cheddar biscuits (with coconut flour). Needless to say, I am very excited about dinner. 11/7 Water: Apple Watch Rings Completed?: At or…
  • 11/5/16 - Totally off plan and was stress eating. I am working on some sort of different coping skill here... My daily goals are: Water: 116 oz - Nope Apple Watch Rings Completed?: Nope; didn't even wear my watch most of the day... At or Under Carb Level: 319/20 total carbs -- see this? Wine, chips, and cupcakes. They…

  • Buffalo Wild Wings -- I love their original wings or naked tenders (with a side salad, no croutons, regular ranch). Depends on what I'm in the mood for. Applebee's -- Steak and two sides of broccoli (loaded with cheddar cheese, bacon, and sour cream) Any sort of fast food if we're in a time crunch -- I don't enjoy eating…
  • This is the brand I use: http://sweetleaf.com/stevia-products/sweet-drops/ I bought it at a local store but I bet Amazon has it or your local health foods store/Whole Foods/Etc.
  • I can't do the butter thing in my coffee, no matter what I try. But definitely try heavy whipping cream that comes in the carton. I use it all the time to up my fats. There are also flavored liquid stevia out there -- I love the english toffee one! Also, add me as a friend and you can check out my diary. My eating has been…
  • This can also happen if you are low on magnesium and calcium. Just something else to think about when you are looking at your eating patterns.
  • I generally just eat what I always eat. If I workout in the AM, I am typically fasting. If it's after dinner, I don't typically eat anything. Working out doesn't really change my eating, I guess. But, I also run a life with two little kids and grad school, so a schedule just isn't in the books ;)

  • To me it looks good as well. You could lower your protein if you wanted -- but if it works for you then I wouldn't worry.
  • 11/1 is in the books for me! My daily goals are: Water: 116 oz Apple Watch Rings Completed?: At or Under Carb Level: 19/20 total carbs At or Under Calorie Limit:
  • I have PCOS and fibro. 1) You can do either -- there are different ways to LCD. I keto and do roughly 80% fat, 15% protein, 5% carbs. 2) It depends on what type of low carb you are doing. I follow the ketovangelist and most eat between 50-75g protein (if you're female). 3) also, that varies depending on plan. Keto I focus…
  • I'm doing turkey with butter/spices; green beans with bacon; Twice baked cauliflower mash. Keto pumpkin custard with homemade whipped cream, and keto cheddar biscuits. I can't wait to eat everything.... I love seeing what everyone else has planned. Maybe I can add to my list :)
  • Yay for a new month! My daily goals are: Water: 116 oz Apple Watch Rings Completed?: At or Under Carb Level: __/20 total carbs At or Under Calorie Limit:
  • I have looked at it and considered it...and then thought about how many eggs you would seriously have to eat. The thought made me nauseous -- a few here and there I definitely do...but not every meal for days. :( Plus, I really like food. And things that taste delicious.
  • Oh, and I love to pre-make pickle wraps with a pickle, cream cheese, and salami. I just keep them in a tupperware and grab as needed.
  • You can do it -- stay away from the candy! It doesn't taste good anyway -- full of chemicals and carbage! ;)
  • I pretty much always keep hardboiled eggs ready to go, as well as string cheese. Those are my "go to" options to grab and run.
