  • I cook 2 scrambled eggs with some turkey sausage crumbles mixed in (about 180cals). It usually keeps me satisfied until lunch.
  • I bought a new BP machine (Omron 10) that takes 3 readings a minute apart and averages them before giving you a read out. That tends to do away with the one time high/low readings.   • I have to have a somewhat "full" feeling or I can't sleep. I usually pre-log what I'm going to eat in the evening. It makes it easier to tell how many calories I have available for regular lunch and dinner.
  • I currently am eating 1,750 cals per day (12,250 per week). I set my MFP calories as 1,650 per day (Sun-Thur) and 2,000 calories on Friday and Saturday - which are normally days we'll eat out for dinner. I don't really consider these "cheat days", but just my normal calories for those particular days.
