I love roasted seaweed snacks! They're only about 20-30 calories per pack, and the salt on them usually satisfies my cravings for something salty. I'm 5'2" as well and my goal is 125. I may reevaluate once I get there, but I was happy with my weight when I weighed 125.

When I am off work and just sitting around home all day, I sometimes struggle to reach that many calories because I am just not hungry.
