Yes, I agree with kgirlhart. It would be counter productive to make your deficit any greater. Yes, it's possible to lose that much in that amount of time, even with drops and plateaus. Just stick with it :)!

I've seen quite a bit of lit on this, am encouraged by it & agree. Plus, I have a problem w my feet, so cardio ability is limited. Thx for sharing, needed it immensely!
