I work 12 hour night shifts and commute an hour each way so no time to eat before work. I take Joseph's lavash or pita bread , spinach, tomatoes, thin sliced cheese and ham and dijon mustard. I've been bored by same old foods lately....signed up for Hello Fresh. Some of the calories are a bit higher than I like but the food is fresh and something different. First time I've tried couscous, loved it.
