Count a certain number of chews per bite. Like meat can be 20-40 sometimes. It forces you to be super conscious of what you're doing.

The internet... I wanted to learn about nutrition as well, so I started googling things. There are actually free nutrition courses you can do online as well. I would save my money and check out your free resources first. :)

hate to be the one to tell you, you're not eating enough. When you put that much stress on your body (especially at once) it reacts negatively to it and can do the opposite of what you want. You're essentially telling your body to starve and it's like, but I don't wanna. So eat more but just replace the sugary starchy…
