Im sorry to hear about all that has happened. I'd like to join with you on a goal. I would just like to stay away from sweets and just give myself 1 treat a week for the next 2 weeks!

For me, once I started eating more whole grains, veggies, and proteins such as beans, fish, and chicken, I felt satisfied longer and no longer craved. The bad stuff. If your looking for easy, here's one of my favorites. I cook a bag of chicken breast for a few days, and throw in a sweet potato in my lunch bag. When it's time for lunch I put the sweet potato in the microwave for about 3 minutes, heat up the chicken, and there's a simple low calorie healthy meal!!
