I’ve done well with some nonfat Greek yogurt with some sugar free pudding mixed in. I typically use the cheesecake flavor. Also, if you’d like something tart, there’s Kefir to drink. It comes in several flavors.

I started following the FODMAP food schedule. There’s a lot of healthy food that I was eating, but causing me to bloat. Now, I stick to the low FODMAP food list and it seems to be working.
