I've been struggling with this. I have the best success when I still get to snack but in lower calorie things. I also will set a side a small portion that i can have near the end of the day; it works if I actually manage to wait till the end of the work day to have it.

I second the eggs. And to add to that I don't stick with traditional breakfast foods all the time. Some leftover roasted chicken with green beans starts me off ok some days. Protein and fibre is what I look for.

There is a bowl of little chocolate bars that sit next to my desk... I love Halloween but this is going to drive me crazy!

Thanks for the information guys! I think I might log my normal water intake and if it seems ok not worry about it. I think I drink enough but I have never really paid attention to it.

If it is the crap they have at the office I add a cream. Good stuff I just take black. I will also make a coffee, protein shake but that can end badly if the coffee is too hot.

I am just getting started on this, thanks for the extra motivation to stay out of my pantry after dinner. Hoping to feel this excited about not snacking around 8 :smiley:
