I think "scam" is strong. I like workout videos and wanted to try a new one. The workouts are effective, and I like the instructor. I could go to the gym and design my own, but I like videos better. Am I being scammed? The tupperwares are expensive. Didn't buy any. I like the diet plan because it helps me eat ENOUGH…

Finishing week one of DFX today! 5'4, 107lbs. I'll have to screw up my courage and post a before pic. If you're maintaining, btw, you shouldn't subtract the 750 in the equation that determines your bracket. I would be in the 1200 if I were trying to lose, but I am really in the next bracket up because I just want to change…

Breaking a veeeeery long hiatus, Keith, to tell you that your use of a Minitab multi stage control chart to log your weight loss has thrilled my nerdy soul. Rock on.

Interesting, but...I'm 27, exercise indoors, and have fluctuated about four pounds since high school. Just gained and lost muscle. Sounds like I'm losing the genetic lottery. Yay me.

I know it may be blasphemy, but I got around this problem by cutting my wine with seltzer. Flavored or plain. I can dilute it by pretty close to half, and it doesn't taste weak at all, though I can taste the strength of it undiluted now. It means I can have a nice full wine glass, or drink "two" if fiance is having a…

I'd like to interrupt, ladies, looking for opinions on behalf of my mum. She's got about 50 she'd like to lose, has a bad knee, but has gone to PT and swims, does an exercise bike, and would like to start back her pilates class, but she says she just never loses even if she was at the gym two hours and starved. I helped…

Has anyone done her other workouts? I'm on Body Revolution now, and planning ahead to the next one. Is BFBM easier/harder/on par? I know adding weights/modifying will make anything tougher, but I don't want to start TOO far back toward the beginning.

That's exactly what I've had to fight back from this year. Unemployment+cohabitating for the first time with my fiance, and suddenly I look down and realize that I'm getting compression marks on my belly from my jeans. Yeah, "happy weight" is a way to put it. I have read, and absolutely believe, that women tend to gain…

For what it's worth, I called my BC's hotline when I was on a vitamin C regimen, which is what interacts in the way you're concerned with. They basically said that yes, vitamin C interacts, but you need to take a lot to do it. Like grams. Like a grapefruit diet, you know? With studies, everything that has a probable side…

5'3 and a bit, 112 lbs, a pretty consistent size 2. My build is very delicate, and I have no butt to speak of. Looking for some muscles though!

Ha... yeah, it is. I made myself a slider that night. Wasn't hungry. Two tablespoons on a home made roll. And I do, always, cut my wine with seltzer. Half a serving. (Not bad either, actually; the flavor barely changes, and straight wine gives me a headache now.) Thank you all for the input. I do need more veggies, and I…

Age: 27 Height: 5'3 HW: 119 LW: 102 (I hated college food) CW: 112 GW: I don't know. I'm working to build muscle and tighten up, and if my weight goes up, down, does nothing... so be it.

Hey all! 5'3, at my goal weight of 112 right now (my frame is VERY small) and looking for support while I figure out how to tone up, and eat properly while I do it. My diary has revealed that I'm a chronic under eater. Anyone can add me; if I have people to talk to maybe I won't quit during the next two months where I'm…

I made my (two day... I didn't know that the old stuff wasn't saved.) diary open. There you see it. It certainly wasn't much, but I ate only when I wanted and what I wanted. The next day I deliberately had a snack, which boosted the total, but same thing. Today, I had a midmorning snack, which I don't usually, but now I'm…
