I thought about that, but it turns out that dluble coated dogs shouldn't be shaved. Long as they undercoat is knot free it provides insulation in heat and cold!

What he does at the dog park.. lays on the bench and watches the other dogs play. :'(

I would say until this year (65lbs loss) I was NEVER cold. Went outside in the winter without a coat, slept with full power AC and no blankets. I seriously cannot do that now - I actually "run" a little on the cold side now vs being too hot.
