Yes, ever since I hit 40 I have little aggravating pains in my back, knee, and leg. I told my husband I thought I had sciatica pain and he said “babe, you’re too young to have that disease” LMAO

I keep some Slim Jims in my desk at work. If I’m feeling snacky I drink some water or coffee first. If that doesn’t kill it I’ll grab a Slim Jim or some almonds.

I find it easier to stay within my calorie limits and not feel hungry. I was a major sugar-eater but didn’t experience any ill effects when reducing my consumption of it.

I've been using unsweetened almond milk. It's not bad! I've even drank it black a few times when there was no alternative, but that definitely takes some getting used to :neutral:
