What would you consider aggressive? My BMR is 2121 currently and my total calorie intake recommended here is 1760 a day?

I don’t weigh food no but a great tip I’ve got some scales gathering dust in a cupboard somewhere so definitely getting them out. To the chap who asked about ketones, not much really i have briefly read about them but nothing to have an understanding of it really? Is it a problem? Thanks all again for the advice
