Hi! I am omnivore but I am trying to reduce animal food little by little. I am not sure if this is the right place to post this but: I find it hard to hit my 20% protein goal everyday without using meat/fish or at least egg and dairy... does any of you have any suggestion or example for me? 1 week gone, and I walked+ran 21 km out of my goal of 80 km for November! (yes it's low...) I can say I am satisfied, but also kinda scared since my next C25K workout will be to run 22 min consecutively and I'm not sure to be able to do it :neutral:

Hi everyone :) I am currently doing C25K but I usually keep walking after the 30 minutes workouts are over, so my goal for November is to run+walk 80 km. It's small but it's something! 8 km done today :wink:
