Hiya, I’m 39 from U.K. and was diagnosed with PCOS when I was 24, as I ballooned by 3 stone and had more facial hair than my husband! Loving laser hair removal but have struggled with weight ever since! Currently lost 8lb on this try. Just counting calories and exercising ALOT more!! Also new to MFP.

Hi ya, just looking at the challenge, is that right that the move goal is 820 cal? I’m new to using the fitness fully on Apple Watch and not so tech savvie btw 😂
