  • Breakfast - Built bar and coffee Lunch - Tuna melt on English Muffin Dinner - Turkey Taco soup with FF Greek Yogurt, Cheese and some tostitos Snacks - Smart Sweets Fish and Built Bar Stayed within calorie goal but definitely not my best nutritional day. Focus on Veggies and Fruit tomorrow

  • Bad weigh in, bad day. All was well until pizza at dinner and then followed up with ice cream. But I stayed honest and accountable and logged it all.
