  • When i was i keto diet, i used to eat some peanut butter, peanuts itself and almonds too (never drank almond milk dough coz is some expensive thing here). Those grains are high in fat and proteins and normaly low carbs. Ever heard of keto coffie? Its hard in the beggining to get used to but its surely a nice 300-400…
