  • Thank you everyone for the input. I am not new to training .. I have been doing it for 9 years now. I know that most of it will be fat gain .. I don't expect it to be muscle only. .. but I will try to make the best of it with the diet and all. As for the per week gain I am aiming for 1.5 to 2lbs a week.
  • usmcmp, I hope the fat to muscle ratio is different .. but I might increase the time span .. I don't have a specific deadline.. or I will stop the gaining process if it gets out of hand .. but I am sure eating clean and supps will help gain more lean mass
