Yes, I made them in a mini donut pan. Recipe made 24 mini donuts. You could make them in a mini muffin pan and enter the amount of servings into MFP to get updated individual calorie count. I had a bit of left over mix when I made them, but counted it anyways... Topping count is total amount of topping mixed and set out,…

I have a bodybugg... but do not use it. I used to use it religiously, and I found it helped me challenge myself to work harder, and try and get more in before I went to bed every night. However the food logging software was not good! MFP is better! I find that the black band on my arm isn't attractive in the summer! So it…

Just to let everyone know, this post wasn't to knock Starbucks, as one can see from my photos I LOVE starbucks! My love handles on the other hand DO NOT! I buy my sugar-free syrups from www.lowcarbgrocery.com (it is in Canada) or www.tweedandhickory.com However, I am sure that there are sites in the US that ship them. If you buy over a certain amount shipping is free for lots of sites. I usually buy my PB2 powder from there as well (lowcarbgrocery) to combine shipping. :)…

Hey Charlie, It depends what you are looking for that protein shake to do... If you want just something high protein, to help with weightloss, go with a low calories protein powder... Stay away from things like Muscle Milk ect... as they are gainers, albeit tastier than some of the others ;) Aim for 90-120cal and about…

I use the scoops to make even baking, so serving sizes and calorie counts can be given...I have all three sizes. My julienne peeler makes me some pretty salads that are easy to eat. I use the soup strainer ladle to defat stocks and soups... I honestly love the idea of the stoneware I have a couple different ones, but since…

Enell Sports Bras are the best.. no movement at all! I bought mine at www.sportsbras.ca It is located in Calgary, and they have tons of options. Sizing is weird though, it is 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, ect... make sure you do your measurements and you wont have a problem. I first head about them on Oprah, and bought one then, wow that…
