My husband knows my weight when I do... lol He really doesn't care, but when I am losing or gaining, I share it to help hold myself accountable.

I guess if you are counting calories very strictly, you could make the sauce and input the recipe, and measure out how much it makes, and divide what you are going to cook your porkchop in, as well as drizzle and cook separate from the rest of the meal. You look great! I agree, when you work that hard, and are for it, and can afford it, DO IT! I had one several years ago, and haven't regretted it for a second, even after regaining weight a few years later!
