You guys are so great! I stayed the same weight. But it has been a learning experience for me trying to keep up with the weight loss and my new job. , I had a happy meal thinking I was not going over the 400kcal meals and guess what a happy meal has 649 kcal ;(. My RD and MD for weight control are going on vacation my next visit is on august 9th 2018 so I'm gonna kick but these next few weeks, I need everyone on this new mission!2

hi sorry its late. lost another 2 pounds so 258 for the start of this weeks challenge. speent so much time on the road my calories and steps all out of sink. will aim to do better this week getting used to having a shake when i cant face food so thats good. with some cooler weather hoping to get out and do some proper training for next years event.2

that's great how your changing your lifestyle, instead of no food and then tons of calories you're doing shakes that's a great idea!1 -
