hi, sorry been quiet just got back from a mid life crisis festival break. never having been to one thought time was overdue. so a long 5 days under canvas in typical festival rainy weather conditions. weighed before i went lot 2 pounds 255 will be interesting to see how the break will have on this weeks weight. fingers crossed hope everybody else has had a good weekend and break.4

weight this week 257 the festival and rubbish eating didnt help. i have taken steps 101k so far this month to get back on track. did a 6.5 mile walk in 1hour and 35 mins tonight and burned over a 1000 calories. roll on thursday hoping to be back to losing not adding3

I don't know how this works, but I would love to join in!! I lost a lot of weight in 2016, went to the doctor last week and it's all come back on. So to heck with that, I prefer being smaller! If someone has any directions for me, etc, please let me know.3

jeffing (yes that is the name of it run walk run I am about to start it myself as I have 6 months to get ready for my 100 miles in 32 hours)
sit ups
squats
pressups
excercise bike
cycling
rowing
the aim is to do a different one each day to work different muscles and get bodies out of any routines that repertition can sometimes create.
