So Sun I had way too many calories, like triple the amount. One problem is I work at night and I eat sometimes to stay awake. I had too much food and not enough sleep. Sat I ate too few calories. I need to find a balance. Will keep trying....

Quick question....I'm looking for a pedometer/watch. Any suggestions? Doesn't have to be smart (just because I don't think I will use all the "smart" features). Would maybe like it to be waterproof, for tracking laps as I want to start swimming again one day. Don't really want it to track my heart rate. I work in the ER so don't really want it to remind me of when I'm stressed. LOL. Right now, I'm using my phone and Samsung Health to track steps. Both work well. I don't always have my phone on me so steps are not accurate which is why I haven't posted step count. I think I would wear a watch/bracelet more than I currently carry my phone. Thanks for any help.

Nsgmom, I was wondering the same thing. I’ve been looking for one that tracks calories more than anything but steps is also useful. I saw a few brands on amazon but it’s difficult to know which one to go for.

I don't have regular hours daily, so instead of thinking breakfast, lunch diner and snacks i'm saying to myself , first meal, second meal , 3rd meal and snacks, putting my alarm to 3 hours after every meal so i don'teat before that time.
Good luck and thanks for sharing and identifying what aspects you need to improve in order to reach the team goal of 50 pounds less by december 1st. have a great week

Yeah i totally agree not in the ER you need to monitor your heart rate :) . I have the same situation with my phone (i use google fit) I don't always have my phone on me , but i have been trying to take it with me. If I leave it in my pocket or purse it'll register the steps as bike rides.

I ordered an inexpensive bracelet pedometer form WISH online, I also didn't care for the extras heart rate and synchronized notifications with the phone. I got a group rate and only registered steps and calories I even got the least expensive color that was yellow. I will still keep the google fit. The only thing is WISH over here may take a few weeks to deliver. The one I purchased is not waterproof but they did have some waterproof one's.

    Wanting to join the challenge.

    HSW: 262 lbs.
    CSW: 252.2 lbs.
    Challenge Goal: 202.2 lbs.

    Official Goal Weight: 138 lbs.

I struggle with emotional eating habits mainly from stress or boredom. I’m a very motivated person and I will begin to feel/see my body changing after staying motivated for awhile, but once something starts to stress me out, I gain all of what I had worked so hard for back. That will be my biggest obstacle towards my weight loss goal.

I think that's a good idea a meal replacement shake.
