My challenge is I need to loose 100 pounds but going to first challenge the first 50 pounds. It's now or never!

I'm willing to join you on this trek. I'm 336 as last weighed at my dietitian's office. So, my goal by December 1st will be 286. It's a tall order, but I'm willing to give it a good go. I'm watching my calories and training for a 5K. I'm planning to still walk on my off days.9

We got this redrob1966, i'm doing 1500kcal daily starting with 30 minutes physical activity 3 times a week and trying to incorporate physical activity for fun, bike riding, yesterday i went swimming at the beach. I recently became unemployed so i have more time. Went to Jobos Beach PR, went swimming near the point of the rock and back

I recently did a Saxon, Viking and Normans challenge which are timed events and I have agreed to do a challenge in march so the weight loss will help me in a big way as started at 280lbs down to 265 but need to be down to a good weight as it is a 32 hour challenge in march. the beach looks good and the sun Is shining always a good day when that happens.

great you got a year to train, we can do little weekly challenges to help us keep on track, like next week we can do no more than 500kcal breakfast for a week and post our breakfast entries it is also a way to get ideas of different meal menus, another week we can do lunch, then another dinner and weekly exercise challenges. Let's do mini weekly challenges ideas accepted.This week since it's the first week the challenge is a 2 pound weight loss by this thursday june 14th 2018,0

That's great!I love the enthusiasm, weigh ins are on thursday. We will be doing mini weekly challenges(t help us get to the 50 minus pounds by december, 1st , this weeks challenge (ends Thursday) is to have lost 2 pounds of the starting weight (not current weight). Mini challenges got to be posted on the challenge page, let's mark hugs for all those whom completed the challenge and for those whom didn't complete the challenge recommendations and or tips to help keep on track.

Tomorrow thursday the 14th please post weighs and comment if you lost 2 pounds from starting weight. Please give hugs and likes to those in the challenge whom lost 2 pounds to motivate them.

I just friended you. If you are on the app, you have to go under the friends tab on the main left panel where you see diary, progress etc. You need to know the name of who you want to friend. If anyone knows and easier way, please let us know!0 -
I would love to join the challenge. I am 5'3" starting weight 255.6 lbs current 247.8 lbs. My goal is to be in "one"derland by New Years.6
