I can't really participate in your mini challenge this week to eat less than 500 cal at breakfast because I generally only ever eat a boiled egg for my breakfast, so that is way less than 500 but I will participate in not eating my snack till 3 hrs after my breakfast.
That's great! Gastric emptying takes 2 hours so if we eat within that time frame we are not providing gut rest. Keep it up ! About the food junkies, my daughter made cupcakes and I held off for a day and a half and then only had half a cup cake so I hear ya1 -

Perfect! My breakfast was below the 300 also. It's important to permit gastric emptying (takes 2hours) and some guy rest ... It's like the same meal if you eat within 2 hours after finishing one meal. Happy Friday1 -

changing eating habits - for me this is not a change. It's my normal pattern. I have breakfast about 6:30 - 7:30 and then eat lunch at about 11:30. My breakfast is almost always very small, if not just coffee.

Ive been dieting 1200 cal a day since june 4 2018. Ive lost 9 lbs in these last 2 weeks ish. No sugar drinks no chips no bread no pasta. Breakfast i eat overnight oats or egg whites with spinach. Couple hours later ill have a snack or a salad (mixed greens) sometimes ill add grilled chicken, also tuna with pico de gallo. snacks are either activia yogurt or apple sliced with lemon or carrots with lemon. And in-between if i get hungry i drink a bottle of water and then chew gum. Honestly the gum helps curve cravings/hunger alot!

hi luciflores, I dont consume them as those exercise calories are bonus with the reduction in food and the burned calories should help get to goal sooner.1 -
I have managed to have breakfast over the weekend 217 calories saturday and sunday good old bran flakes after all the chewing I couldnt be bothered to have anything else.2

I started 80 days ago with 170 kg, 374 pounds. So far I have lost about 14 kg, 30 pounds. 50 pounds down by December 1 is possible, I will do my best!3

had a under 500 breakfast but it was a mcdonalds as another day on the road, going to be a long week as lots of miles for the next couple of days so going to be tough. but looking forward to thursdays weigh in1
