    That's great! Gastric emptying takes 2 hours so if we eat within that time frame we are not providing gut rest. Keep it up ! About the food junkies, my daughter made cupcakes and I held off for a day and a half and then only had half a cup cake so I hear ya

    Perfect! My breakfast was below the 300 also. It's important to permit gastric emptying (takes 2hours) and some guy rest ... It's like the same meal if you eat within 2 hours after finishing one meal. Happy Friday

    changing eating habits - for me this is not a change. It's my normal pattern. I have breakfast about 6:30 - 7:30 and then eat lunch at about 11:30. My breakfast is almost always very small, if not just coffee.

    15/06 - 127 cals ✅ (coffee + yogurt)
    16/06 - 25 cals ✅ just coffee with almond milk
    17/06 - 115 cals ✅ (coffee + yogurt)
    18/06 - 156 cals ✅ (coffee + 1 slice toast)

    Ive been dieting 1200 cal a day since june 4 2018. Ive lost 9 lbs in these last 2 weeks ish. No sugar drinks no chips no bread no pasta. Breakfast i eat overnight oats or egg whites with spinach. Couple hours later ill have a snack or a salad (mixed greens) sometimes ill add grilled chicken, also tuna with pico de gallo. snacks are either activia yogurt or apple sliced with lemon or carrots with lemon. And in-between if i get hungry i drink a bottle of water and then chew gum. Honestly the gum helps curve cravings/hunger alot!

    The calories burned from exercise do you all consume them back?

    hi luciflores, I dont consume them as those exercise calories are bonus with the reduction in food and the burned calories should help get to goal sooner.

    I have managed to have breakfast over the weekend 217 calories saturday and sunday good old bran flakes after all the chewing I couldnt be bothered to have anything else.

    I started 80 days ago with 170 kg, 374 pounds. So far I have lost about 14 kg, 30 pounds. 50 pounds down by December 1 is possible, I will do my best!

    Was looking for another challenge, so if it's not too late, I'd like to join you. I'm a little ahead, I started on March 19th at 261.8 lbs...90 days later, I'm at 211.0 I know the second 50 won't be as easy.

    had a under 500 breakfast but it was a mcdonalds as another day on the road, going to be a long week as lots of miles for the next couple of days so going to be tough. but looking forward to thursdays weigh in

    That's good though you were able not to go above 500 kcal at McDonald's, I'm looking forward to my weigh in also
