I’m struggling with weight loss this week, despite more than doubling the number of workouts I do. I know it will happen, but it’s frustrating when the scales don’t reflect the hard work. I know I’m losing weight though since I can feel it myself and my waist has shrunk by a couple of inches.4

I wish I would have seen this thread when I started on MFP AGAIN on June 12! I hope it’s not too late to join! This challenge is perfect! My newest starting weigh-in on June 12 was 231 and my current goal is 180. I have MFP set for -2lbs/wk and it has been pretty accurate so far as I weighed in today at 223.
Your group seems very motivated and supportive so far and I hope it’s okay that I join! I look forward to the weekly challenges!

My first week is in the books. Great start so far. I'm expecting my losses taper down in the next couple weeks. I'm eating slower and thinking about whether I'm really hungry for those last portions of food on my plate. I'm hoping my foot injury improves so that I can exercise more.
