We are now all signed up I had a week moment an let all 75 people who signed up join.
If there are any problems with your Chart Weights or goals please PM me, and I will have it fixed for the next chart.
Remember if you fail to weigh-in by Thursday evening your details will not be updated on the chart. As well if you miss 2 weigh-ins, you are off the chart. Good luck and succeed!
Format is the same as discussed in the original sign up post, post your weights on Wednesdays. I find it easiest to copy and past your details and weight-in chart/dates into your computer notes, and add your new info every week, then copy and paste it on here.
This weeks challenge drink your 8 glasses of water a day!

Am I posting this in the correct thread...I am new to this and not very tech savvy.
Also have no idea why my weight is not moving....I am working out to Shaun T's Hip Hop Abs 3 x weeks and keeping my calorie intaken down. PLEASE help!!0
