Sorry this is so late! Great job this week to all that weighed in! We have a few people dropping off lately, but a lot that have stayed committed. WAY TO GO! April is almost done... one week left! Let's finish hard this week!

When I was younger I HATED the yolks, would take the rubbery ball out, and throw it out with the shell... funny now that I know they are the least healthy part I actually like a yolk every once in awhile, as I find it fills me up more. Although that is probably the extra 54cals it contains with fats! lol

[Edited to say...WAIT! I just added your info to the chart, and you are only up .2!! That could be the difference of not fully emptying your bladder... ] You need to shake it off, and just keep on going. If you are sore... you may have water weight in your muscles. HUGS, it will get better!
