  • MFP fiber levels are too low! They are less than half than recommended by dieticians! Good for you, keep it up, as others have said, make sure you are taking in enough fluids to offset the fiber. :)
  • I have one... it is good, but the food input is bad! You need to manually add all your food as it's database isn't as large as myfitnesspal.com! I go through phases of keeping up my subscription, and letting it lapse! lol It is great for telling me when I am not moving enough!

  • I love the clean eating books by Tosca Reno The whole premise of this diet is to eat whole foods. Part of the plus is there isn't a lot of cooking, and fussing. There are magazines and a website if you want to check it out too! Nikki
  • I would have to say the type of pilates determines the inches affected! There are some more intense types of pilates workouts which will cause greater reactions. I personally love my pilates reformer. Can't wait to start using it again once I am healed up (just had surgery)
