Good luck! WW doesn't work for me - I do much better with calorie counting!
-
Cut out soda. Haven't had a soda in over a year.
-
I typically carry a piece of fruit with me to eat on my way home from work just to tide me over until dinner but I don't keep food in the car. If I don't have fruit I drink water.

I'm at the gym at 5am - I just have a cup of coffee. It's way too early for me to eat.

I try not to go with the whole idea of a "cheat" meal. I just work stuff in my day and go from there. I eat something "cheat" worthy every day. If I have the calories for it - I eat it.

I wake up at 4 and go to the gym. I walk the stairs on my lunch. I have a full time job, in school, teen, dogs, and of course a partner. My doctor told me if you have time to watch 10 minutes of TV a day then you have time to exercise. You make time - if it's important to you. I look forward to my work-outs every morning…

Mississippi Pot Roast (except I use beef stew meat). It's great over rice, potatoes, or even egg noodles. We eat it once a week at my house.

Do I have to choose?!?! Pumpkin would win for now - but apple will get it around November.
-
I've heard good things - but I'm not really sure. I'd love to have my arms done - no matter how much I lift the sag isn't going away. :(

Right at a year apart!

I am not even sure this matters but I'm southern and my mom feels like if you leave the house you should have make up on your face. I hate make up so I don't wear it often. I love other people's make up because they are really great at it but for me it's a nay.

Feel free to add me. My diary is open - but it's not always "healthy". I keep it honest haha

turnip greens, northern beans, turnips, and cabbage all smell awful when on the stove-top but man oh man are they good!
-
The pumpkin is totally my new favorite flip flavor! I have either a chobani flip or halo top every night before bed - lol they are my weakness!

I was eating between 700-800 calories until I was around 6 months out but mainly because I ate so much grilled chicken, green veggies, and deli meat. I'm a year out and it usually falls between 1200-1500.

Down south here - Mississippi!
-
Almost one year out!

I like Starbucks Passion tea - I can drink it unsweetened or I'll do half passion tea and half diet lemonade. If not that then I drink Milo's splenda iced tea or Kroger's diet iced tea. Basically - I drink a lot of iced tea.

A trigger food is a specific food that sets off a course of overeating where control is lost.
-
I make a plan for the next week (breakfast, snacks, lunch, and dinner) and I follow that plan - I might mix up my days but I stick to the plan. On Sunday I'll prep what I can. Honestly, the key to cooking every night is having a plan and prepping. I'll make a large pot of spaghetti sauce and freeze half to have another…

I want a good coffee stout. It's 10:00 am - I mean there's coffee right?

Mine is open and honest. I've sucked lately but at least I own it. You can add me!!

My partner and son are both on the skinny side and work out regularly. They eat whatever they want and it is all located in my pantry! I'm still figuring out what works best for me (even at 11 months out) I have my good days and bad days....My trigger food is popcorn. and it's a slider for me....so I can't be trusted…

I don't expect him (or my son) to follow my food/exercise rules. He eats whatever he wants in front of me, doesn't work out, and keeps all kinds of junk in the house. I can't expect him to be on the same journey as I am. I do all the cooking so he eats what I put in front of him. But I always add a pasta or some form of…

Every insurance company is different. I had to be on a 4 month diet plan, visit a nutritionist, psychological visit, and then a couple appointments with my surgeon. All in all it took around 8 months. I took some time to really think about whether I wanted the surgery. I began the process in September of 2015 but had my…

Hahaha! I live in Mississippi and we grew up on these - except we made them ourselves! So good - and really you can make them with any kool-aid flavor!
-
I'm definitely going to remember this!

We eat dinner around 5:30 or 6 but I'm a person that has to have some type of dessert so I just build it in my plan and have a yogurt, fruit, halo top, or some type of sweet every night around 8-9. I don't know if you are making it a goal to stop eating at 7 but it's just what I would do. The easy answer is of course go to…

I set aside calories for Halo Top pretty much every night (or a Chobani Flip)....it's actually the first thing I put in my track in the mornings.

@Ultima_Morpha - yeah, I just don't like the yolk when boiled. Since it's the easiest thing for me to do for breakfast during the week - I just eat the whites.
